Day One:
-Breakfast:
-Glass of Milk
-Oatmeal w/ flaxseeds, blueberries, and almonds
-Lunch:
-Barbecue Chicken Sandwich (cooked chicken, carrots, barbecue sauce, white bread, romaine lettuce)
-2 Watermelon Slices
-Strawberry-Banana Fruit Smoothie
-Dinner:
-Curry and Rice (carrots, potatoes, beef, onions, celery)
-100% Fruit Juice
-1 cup vanilla ice cream
-Snack:
-Coconut Pudding
Day Two:
-Breakfast:
-Baked Corned Beef Omelette (corned beef, egg, mozzarella cheese, green onions)
-Apple
-Glass of Orange Juice
-Lunch:
-Shrimp Cobb Salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, shrimp, egg)
-Glass of Water
-Dinner:
-Italian Mushroom Pasta (Italian mushrooms, tomato sauce, penne)
-Soy Beans
-Green Tea
-Snack:
-Fat Free Yogurt
Day Three:
-Breakfast:
-Scrambled Eggs
-1 slice whole wheat toast
-Orange
-Lunch:
-Turkey Wrap filled w/ turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and fat free mayonaise
-Apple Juice
-Dinner:
-Whole Grain Tortilla (skinless chicken, cheese, corn, nonfat sour cream, salsa)
-Carrot Juice
-Snack:
-Sliced Pears w/ peanut butter
